✎ Making Yuu was quite fun. Since I don’t like one dimensional characters, I thought I’d be fun to make an innocent looking character have a bit of a perverted attitude. Maybe I did it because I thought I’d be funny? Nevertheless, I quite like this character, and I’m happy I put so much time an effort into making him.

♡ first name - From the Japanese kanji 優, Yuu can be closely translated into “excellence, superiority, or gentleness”.
♡ last name - From the Kanji’s 清 (Kiyo) which translates into “pure and clean”, as well as 美 (mi), meaning “beautiful”. When put together, they make “Pure Beauty”.

✎Yuu is quite content with his hight. He feels as though it’s a perfect mix between not being too short, and not being too large.

✎He is quite slim. Though Yuu is quite healthy, he finds it difficult to gain weight. Whether it may be in fat, or in muscle. He wishes for a more muscular frame, but that is not very likely to happen in any distant future.

✎Yuu has downturned eyes, and an often friendly and inviting appearance. They are quite small, and it appears as though his eyes are always half closed. They are quite captivating, typically being the first thing you notice about him. It’s almost as if he has gems for eyes.

✎Born with natural grey hair, As a child, Yuu was often bullied for it. Others would tease him for looking like an Angel, considering hell was filled with many dark and menacing colors. Though now, it doesn’t bother him as much.

✎Though it may be hard to see, under his right eye, he as a small beauty mark in the corner. It’s often unnoticeable, and covered by his hair. Yuu quite dislikes this beauty mark, considering that most of his family has perfectly fair skin, this mark just seems more like an imperfection. He hates it whenever someone points it out.

✎Yuu typically has a kind attitude around others, the type of attitude you wouldn’t expect from a Demon. When speaking to others, it’s as though Yuu is always smiling, and agreeing with everyone else. He, for some reason, likes playing dumb in situations, and likes to see what kind of situation it gets him in. Yuu loves playing the ‘Saint’. This is because he doesn’t take many people seriously, older or younger: he treats people as though there just toys to mess with, or just children to can’t comprehend. He may not seem like this type of person, but Yuu is actually quite the narcissist. He thinks that everyone around him are just pawns playing into someone’s game, while he is the only one smart enough to see though everything. Though he is quite smart, this isn’t always the truth, and just his narcissistic tendencies getting to him.

✎ Yuu has the ability to stop any opponents muscle function with a snap of a finger. For his ability to work, it is necessary for him to snap his finger, as well as be looking at the person he wants to paralyze. Once paralyzed, you are still about to speak, only your body is stuck in place, unable to move. This ability isn’t very good during battle, but for other uses, for example; interrogations, it works plentiful. The only way to break free, is to distract Yuu. If his full attention isn’t on the person he had trapped, then his magic will become weaker, and easier to counteract.

✎His worst habit would have to be how he always underestimates others. His superiority complex plays quite a big role in this.

✎ Yuu does not have many hobbies. Though, there is one thing that he loves doing a lot. Gardening. More specificity, watching plants go from a small and ugly seed, and turn into a beautiful and unique flower design. At his residence; he has many scattered flowerpots assorted in his room; all with their own colors and shapes.

✎ Yuu is an only child. When he was born, he had very few visible traits that were similar to his parents. His father has a deep black hair color, along with dark green eyes, while his mother has Brown hair with bright red eyes. It surprised many people that they gave birth to a child with such a bright head of hair, resembling one of a angelic being. Though testings, it was found that even with his angle like appearance, he was indeed 100% a demon. Even though this all, his family still stuck together. Even now, him in his parents bonds are as tight as ever.

The quite type, Yoshiaki is a very intimidating man. Barely ever showing any emotion, it’s as if he only has one default expression; A frightening glare. Though in actuality, Yuu’s father is quite the softy. He just doesn’t know how to show how he is feeling, and often scares those who do not yet know him away. Yuu and his father are quite close, and Yuu regularly called him time to time.

Chiyo is Yuu’s mother. She is also the one who ‘wears the pants’ in his parent’s relationship. Chiyo often acts kind ditsy around others, even to the point where rumors went around that she was just a ‘trophy wife’. This couldn’t be far from the truth. Whilst at home, It’s as though Yuu’s mother is a whole other person. In their home, her word is considered law. Though she may be hard on her family, she loves them greatly.

✎ When Yuu was born, rumors spread like wild fire that his mother, Chiyo, was promiscuous. Of course, the allegations were incorrect, but that didn’t stop the rumors from spreading. When he was the age equivalent to a human child around 6 or 7 years old, this was probably the worst period in his life. Yuu was quite the lonely and shy kid. He was teased for looking nothing like his parents, but instead an angel. (Which the other kids hated) They would often say things like “you don’t belong here!” Or “Stupid Angel!” Though it may seem like something a person could easily brush off, Yuu was a sensitive child, and took many things to heart. One day, three of Yuu’s regular bullies decided to beat him up. After that, let’s just say...those three boys are still missing today.

✎ When Yuu started maturing into the person he is now, there was a great boost in his confidence levels. It was quite the sudden change at that. He’s now decided to not care about the things around him, and only doing things he deems as entertaining or fun.
Now being in his late Teenager years, and soon to be a young adult, Yuu is currently attending Hell Academy. A school he’s wanted to attend for a while now. He’s quite content with how things are going at the moment.

✎ This took longer than expected to completely finish ^^; Even so, I’m glad I took my time. I actually learned a lot about more Succubi and Incubi than I really intended to. Though it wasn’t really necessary- I’m glad I have some background information on the species of my character. Nevertheless; it was fun, and I hope you like my character as much as I do.
