hello, im jiwoo, i am a kind, short, lovely, talented and cute girl. HHA is one of the community that im online the most. i am friendly. i am a welcome committee here in HHA and as you see, im doing my job as nicely as i can so if i am a curator here in HHA i will also do my best for being a curator.

Why do you want to be a Curator for HHA?

to help the staff here and lessen the stress and most importantly help the community

When are you available to moderate HHA?

it depends on my schedule but i will try my best to moderate

How much time do you have to contribute to the position?

like what i say, it depends on my schedule but i will try my best to have many time on moderating

if its nice, good to see, slightly aesthetic, activities of HHA, and if it is helping the community

posts that having bad contents and if its bad for every single member

helping the leaders/staff, disabling post that having bad contents, one who has the care and superintendence of every single member

Scenario Questions

It's your first week of being a Curator and you kick a member from a public chatroom for spam. Other begin spamming you, calling you a bad Curator and demand that you invite then back. What do you do?

i will first tell that please listen to me and tell the exact reason why i kicked that member so they will know and add them back to that public chatroom and say please stop spamming so that will not happen again

Two are having an argument in a public chatroom and it continues to escalate. What do you do?

stop them and say that escalating each other is not a good idea, talk to them privately and ask the real reason why are they arguing and please them to say sorry to each other and promise that they would not do it again

You're in a busy chatroom and questions are flying at you rapidly, you can hardly keep up and become stressed. You're getting messaged by multiple asking for assistance. How do you handle this situation?

tell that chatroom to wait because there are so many that asking for my help and asking for my assistance. and after that i will answer the and the that asking for my assistance as fastly as i can and after that i will answer the question on the busy chatroom

You encounter a post that violates the [Guidelines], what do you do?

pm the member and tell politely that she/he violated the guidelines so she/he can repost or delete her/his post without violating the guidelines

A member is repeatedly asking you questions in a private conversation. How do you handle this?

tell graciously why are he/she repeatedly asking her/his questions even i already answeres it and if i didnt answer it yet i will say in a courteous way the answer and please her/him to stop asking her/him question repeatedly ( as always, in a mannerly way )

Some of the other team start an argument in the Leader/Curator group chat, what actions do you take? How do you react?

i will ask to stop the arguing things because they are not helping the community to be good by the actions they take,,,, my reaction of course, will be sad and angry at the same time

A member comments on another post, pointing out mistakes and suggesting improvements. The creator comes to you upset about the criticism. What do you do?

review the post, reviewing if it really have to be improved or it doesnt need, if it doesmt need an improvement i will tell the creator that she/he doesnt really need an improvement but if i saw that she/he needs an improvement, i will tell in a courteous way that she/he really need an improvement, goodluck her/him next time :›

A member invites you to a private chat and tells you that they're considering self-harm. What do you tell them?

i will tell that self-harm isn’t nice idea so if they will not stop considering self-harm I will report it to the leader or other staff

if i became to be a curator here in HHA, i promise that i will do my job nicely and positively.
