My usual nickname is “Ali”. It’s common but it doesn’t always show up.

Why do you want to be in the Welcoming Committee?

Because, I personally think welcoming is essential. It helps guide new . This type of amino definitely needs guiding, as its layout is complicated.

How well do you interact with those around you? What about new people?

I interact greatly with others. I am very well at maintaining positive relationships, though I can be a-bit of a jokester from times to time. Either way that doesn’t effect my image.

With new people, I have great experience and I do it very well. Since I am a leader in a few different communities, it’s essential for me to be able to communicate with new . Either way, I also organise the Welcome Committee in all those communities. So overall, I do very well in communicating with new .

How well can you handle stress?

I’m not so bad at handling stress, but I’m also not the greatest. But I’d say a 8.9/10.

A new member left a rude reply to your welcoming message. What do you do?

There are different ways that I can deal with this depending on what the reply is. Though, the best way to deal with this is to ignore the reply. This is because being in a moderation group means I can’t step thoughtlessly into drama.
