Hello Hello! I'm looking to get some art commissioned of Stellar in the Viv Style (Or, the closest I can find)
My budget is $30, anything more than that you have to be okay with payment plans/partial pay. Please have PayPal, because it's the only method of pay ;w;
Not required but preferred would be a quick turn around (A month or less).
What is required is the ability to draw Plus size bodies! She's a big gal.
