Le Application for the Quibbler

I've loved the Quibbler since the day they started, can you imagine how excited I was when I heard they were accepting applications?

I am applying for le position of Editor and I made both a TPL and a 'cover' but they're for unrelated issues so please don't try to draw a connection between Luna and Pickett
