[closed] spring comm. theme challenge !

hello potterpeeps !

not going to lie, winter felt like a

never-ending season. as much as I

like the season, I also prefer warm

rays of the sun falling on the veranda,

a light breeze blowing, while I enjoy

drinking black coffee (no sugar) and

reading a book.

not that I don't like the warmth of the

sun's rays during winter, in fact, I prefer

not leaving the spot, but duty calls. in a

nutshell, winter isn't my favorite anymore,

but I don't dislike it either, simply cause

I get to wear my favorite hoodies.

end of rant

like every time, you will have 2 weeks to

create a spring theme for the community.

by the 8th of March, you need to put

together the theme and blog, and post

it before or on the deadline.

keep in mind we only allow 1 entry per

person. The winner will be decided by

the mod team in the weekend of the

deadline and the results will be posted

by march 10th !

              〈│➭ primary background

             〈│➭ side menu background

              〈│➭ theme color

             〈│➭ logo

all the images should be 750×1334 pixels

in size and make sure that the images are

good quality.

of course they have to be both harry

potter related and SPRING THEMED !!

this theme is for the entire

community so do put in your best

efforts to make sure the quality is

good !!

what is a community theme ?

the community theme is basically the

aesthetics of the community. it consists

of a theme color, a cover image, a

primary background image, a side menu

image and a logo.

the theme color is the color that can

be seen in these places :

the cover image is the image seen

when you find the HP community

on the community discover page

and also the image seen in the

background of the community

description.

then we have the primary background

image, which is the image you see here :

it might not look like it has to be 750×1334

pixels in size but if you take a look at our

current theme made by Yen you'll see that

the image covers the entirety of the

community background even if you can

only see the top, so maybe have that in

mind when creating your theme :

now on to the side menu background.

this is the image you see in the

background of the side :

this image looks a lot thinner than

the primary background image but

it has to be the same size (750×1334

pixels).

lastly we need a community logo, not

to be confused with the community

icon.

we do NOT need a community icon

as the one we have now is one given

to us by team amino and we will not

be changing it.

the logo, however, is the one you see

above your profile on the side

and we do need one of those !

if you are unsure of how to make

your images into the size that we

want then ibisPaint x and picsart

are great apps for the purpose.
