About our activity in the community...

Hey, Angie here 🦋

I think we are all well aware of how dead this whole cocmmunity has been for a hot minute but I also feel like people don't understand how hard AND easy it is to make it more alive. While being a part of the leadership team, I've seen a lot and experienced a lot of things I never thought I'd do, but I did and here I am. Every member of the leadership team gives their blood, sweat and tears into creating a perfect monthly challenge. They make their storage full and phone glitchy while trying to make something that will bring the community back to life. When the, as the leadership team sees it and also as it should be seen anyways even though I know everyone has a different taste in challenges and other activities, "picture perfect" content is posted, people just drop it. I being insecure when people don't do the activity I posted. I posting 5 posts a day thinking maybe THAT will show people how my challenge is worth their attention and participation. I when community was the most fun, active and enjoyable place I've ever been to. As a retired curator and someone who's been in the leadership for a pretty decent amount of time, these are some of the things that we usually posted/thought about posting to bring more attention to every member:

- edits (photograpy/videotography)

- fan fictions (one shots/multiple parts)

- Harmo games/ Harmonizers Amino Awards

- Collabs between

- Collabs with other communities

- Rants about our opinions and things we want to change in the community which is exactly what I'm doing right now

- Competitions

- SSL blogs (I posted mine last night)

- Harmo Magazine (it's still active but let's bring it to another level when it comes to creativity)

And MANY other things we used to do and enjoy doing before. I don't want this to sound like I'm forcing you to activate or force you to do things you can't or don't want to. I just feel like we all miss our old lives in the community and way we used to get excited when we see so many of our posts on the featured page. Let's make this place our homeland again. #BringBackOldHA ♡
