WT and CRMT Applications

Hello everyone.

This has been a bit too long in the making so I'll try to keep it as brief as possible. Feel free to ask anything in the comments if something remains unclear.

We'll be opening applications for the Welcoming Team, as more help is needed within the team. On top of that, we have decided to create a new team to help us in Hamino. More about that later.

First, Welcoming Team applications:

Welcoming Team welcomes new to the community, answers their questions and helps them get accustomed to all the stuff they should probably know of. They should be friendly and aware of how the community works as well as the Guidelines. More about the team HERE.

Second, Crossover (ratio) Team:

As we have continued to see crossover roleplays not follow the ratio rule given, even when we as the LT have tried to keep it moderated, we decided we could use a little help to moderate that the 3:1 ratio is followed. We find crossover roleplays interesting but this is still a Hamilton Amino and we require s to have at least some Hamilton characters in the RPs created here. The team is slightly similar to a previous team called the RSM, although it operates somewhat differently and on different topics.

The CrMT (crossover ratio team) would have a little message template ready to send into chats that do not follow the 3:1 ratio and give them a timeframe in which to fix it. Failure to fix it within the given timeframe would result in the chat being sent to a "report chat" where a leadership team member would then disable it.

The exact details of how it operates is still a bit open as it was a relatively sudden idea from the LT, but we'll figure it out as we go.

A member of the Crossover Ratio Team would have to know of the 3:1 rule, scroll through chats rather often and that if they are on the team their job is to keep the ratio in check and not overstep their boundaries.
