This day in history; two-hundred and eighteen years ago, Vice President Aaron Burr fatally shot his political rival, Alexander Hamilton in Weehawken, New Jersey. The next day, Hamilton died at the age of just forty-seven/ forty-nine years old from a gunshot wound to his chest area.
