My mom fed the piggies an orange this morning and was wondering how guinea pigs get vitamin C naturally in the wild? Since I've always wondered this myself, why not ask?

I think Lindy is right there, they'd get it from whatever foods they ate in the wild. I reading that somewhere, so it's probably correct :)
Did your pigs eat the orange?

Thats good  . Its just I've never seen a guinea pig eat oranges before. I think its quite unusual.
Interesting question! Though im not 100% sure, my guess would be since they are grazers, that they just ate whatever greens they came across and it couldve contained Vit C.
That's the same thing I've what's thought. Good question
