Appearance
Emily is a relatively short woman with a light complexion and a more gothic aesthetic. She typically wears her hair as a shoulder length bob that's been dyed black, and typically wears heavy eyeliner and eyeshadow with darker lipstick. She's of a prominently pear-shaped stature, having a toned and athletic upper body with a much chubbier lower body. Emily also bares many tattoos, predominantly a skull with the word ‘faith’ below it across her stomach, and dagger over her chest.
Emily typically wears more gothic attire, mostly wearing darker clothing in some form of leather. She's mostly seen wearing a sports bra underneath a cropped, studded biker jacket with a pair of leather pants with many slim cuts in the sides and studded high-heeled boots. When she's working however, she tends to switch to normal black boots since they're more practical. Other times, she can wear long elegant dresses if it's appropriate.
Personality
Emily at first comes across as this outgoing, loving extrovert, kindness being the first thing people are greeted with, which is surprising especially when many expect some sort of cold bank-robber. When one comes to know her, much comion is revealed, which is unusual for a criminal until it is considered she's also an activist and the co-founder of Shield Coup alongside her close friend, Peter. This also means she has a level of sensitivity and insight that can be helpful for those who are struggling internally, given her advice or words are usually said when one's specific situation is explained, not resorting to tired quotes or handwaves in an attempt to make them feel better.
As for her beliefs, she's a strong believer in necessity, thinking you should do nothing more than you need to. In her line of assassinating specific business people, politicians and criminals, she knows people who that don't step down from the evil they commit or simply do not care are the ones that need to be assassinating as they cannot be convinced to step away from their bad deeds. However, she only applies this when diplomacy fails, which happens more often than she'd like in Los Santos, or any American city for that matter.

Background
Emily grew up in Puebla during her childhood, daughter to a well-respected businessman and a famous Mexican actress. Of course, having been birthed into such luxury means she had access to most of whatever she wanted. But, due to these same riches and luxuries, Emily was ultimately home-schooled for most of her childhood and some of her teenage years. Though, within that time, she eventually grew sick of being shielded from the outside world, and also heard about a community of people who like a certain type of music genre that was similar to her tastes.
Due to all this, Emily decided to take a night out to see these people, and what she saw changed her for the better. She saw a large group of people who at first seemed intimidating, but when she went to talk to them, they turned out to be a bunch of relaxed people who just liked Heavy Metal, and happended to find a friend group because of that. After that night, she had found what she liked. Throughout her teenage years, Emily would start dres in clothes that were more geared towards her tastes, mainly any leather or studded clothing, and would meet up with those friends every night.
That friend group would turn out to be quite rebellious, going out late at night to graffiti on a wall, but nothing truly harmful and incriminating. It was all in good fun. Though, soon enough, her father's shady business dealings eventually caught up with him. After returning from a night out with her friends, she returns home only to find a gang of suited men lead by one woman outside of the mansion. One of the bodyguards however dropped one of their grenades, and since the men were armed and ready to shoot the house out, she did what she thought was right. Instead of running, she pulled the pin of the grenade and threw it at the gang, killing the woman and half of the bodyguards. Emily managed to get away before she was noticed, leaving the remaining guards alarmed and confused. While escaping however, she bumped into her mother, who was also escaping.
Emily and her mother, due to her riches, would flee the country as quickly as possible, taking a plane to Los Santos. It wasn't until they reached Los Santos that they found out that the woman that was killed was the leader of a Mexican mob, which had been thrown into chaos soon after. Luckily, the mob didn't know of Emily's existence yet. Soon after their arrival in Los Santos, Emily's mother bought her a house and a car before disappearing off the face of the Earth, never to be seen again.
In Los Santos, Emily eventually fell into a life of crime due to what she had escaped from, thinking that they'd be back for more some day. After making a name for herself as a great driver, since it's what she picked quite quickly, she eventually became a getaway driver for crews that needed one quick. She also had a hand in combat, which came along naturally. Early on however, she ended up connecting with a man named Peter, who wasn't really interested in being some sort of criminal overlord, but merely used crime to fund his activism. This inspired Emily, getting the idea to team up with Peter to use their skills for good instead of merely making money.
Emily would be hired by this gang. But to this day, she still waits for the day the Mexican mob try sweeping her up.
