hello everyone and welcome to a new staff post from the moderation team! it is i, thea, who is going to guide you all with how you can make a group! groups are a great asset we have in this community (like grishagram and the crow club) which allows to be active and show different type of work within the fandom! so without further ado, lets get into how you can make a group :)

things to keep in mind:

to make a group, you have to make an own for the group due to the process of becoming official and easier to keep things organised

the group’s concept cannot be alike others, we dont allow groups with the same concepts as we want variety of contents from our groups. which means you cannot make a group alike the grishagram group.

you have to post a recruitment post with different roles for to apply to, its up to the leader of the group if its weekly, bi-weekly or monthly group

you need to meet requirements to be allowed to make the group:

— at least level 8

— must have at least 2 posts on your profile

— be as active as possible

always ask one of the leaders for permission to make the group where its told what the idea and concept is so the leaders can approve it! groups made without permission from a leader will get disabled and the maker will get a message from one of us.

and lastly, of course the group must be related to grishaverse and follow our guidelines!

with all that said, we are looking forward to get messages from you guys wanting to make groups! keep in mind that we have full right to decline a group idea, but we are hoping to accept as many as possible! :)
