Listening. It's so simple, isn't it? Well, if it is, it isn't done nearly enough. Many misunderstandings and arguments can be avoided entirely by listening fully to what another person has to say. Even if something is upsetting at first, let them get their thoughts out. Perhaps they won't come across the way you thought they would originally. And who knows?
