Drake Maye, a four-star pro-style quarterback in the 2021 class out of Myers Park High School has flipped his commitment from Alabama to North Carolina. Ranked as the 56th overall player, 6th pro-style quarterback, and 3rd best player in North Carolina, the Tar Heels manage to get another top-ranked quarterback. Previously committed to Alabama since the summer of 2019, Maye now s a UNC program that is certainly on the uprising.
As a junior in High School, Maye completed 72 percent of his es for 3,512 yards, 50 touchdowns, two interceptions, rushed for 201 yards, and had six rushing touchdowns as well.
