The Zodiac Council (2/12)

I’ll be making a master post once all of them are done, but I finally finished two of the designs for the Zodiac Council!

First up, we have Capricorn— The leader of the Council. She is a chaotic being, one who is clever and cruel but also protects humanity in her own way. She is the law in Star Palace, and try as she might, the Axolotl, despite the planet being her own, cannot stand up against her.

The next we have is Aquarius. She is the second in command, and unlike her elder, she is calm, cunning, and elegant. But, the main thing she shares in common with all the council is her strife to protect humanity at all costs while also keeping the Axolotl in line by any means necessary.

And yes, all 12 of them are villains, ones who claim to be heroes. Gotta love complexity in characters. Anyways, 2/12 complete!
