Melania redesign?? Doodles!

It has been a LONG time since I last drew anything in the Gravity Falls artstyle. I’ve been having to re-teach myself how to do it!

In the progress of reviving this old of mine, I’ve come to realize that my own drawing ability has drastically changed over the years. Not that it’s necessarily better, just that my techniques and stuff are definitely different. And in realizing that, I realized that the old artwork I have of Melania just… doesn’t really fit.

That being said, I’m definitely not going to delete any of the old posts on this . There’s too much nostalgia behind those. However, I am definitely going to work on practicing this artstyle and working toward a good, steady design for Melania that fits with my current drawing quirks.

And so, here are a few new ones I’ve whipped up over the last several days. Hope you like them!

Can’t forget the profile pic! I did this one first, so I’m pretty proud of how it turned out.

You also may (or may not) have noticed that I have completely redone Melania’s wiki entry. I’ve rewritten her backstory to be hopefully much more comprehensive than how it had been written before, and I’ll be steadily adding to it as I create more drawings and writings. So stay tuned for that!

Also, one more side note: though I don’t see it happening in the near future, I think I’d like to start taking requests sometime soon. I need to get back into drawing, and what better way, right? So stick around for that, too. Can’t guarantee it’ll be anytime all that soon, but I would still like to, if there’d be any interest.
