Did bill cipher survive?

As we all know season 2 ended with bill cipher dying and wierdmaggedon stopped but the real question is did bill survive? As you noticed when bill was getting erased he said something that was unable to understand but if you play it backwards it says A-X-O-L-O-T-L MY TIME HAS COME TO BURN I INVOKE THE ANCIENT POWER SO THAT I MAY RETURN so do you think he survived?
