☆What was the project all about?☆

So, our wonderful leader Tami decided that it would be a great idea to have another collaborative project for the editing club but instead of being in pairs, it would be with a small group of people. As the editing club continues to grow and add more , sometimes it becomes difficult to be able to interact with everyone, so this project took place so that we would be able to talk to different people than we usually do so that we could make new friends whilst also taking part editing and learning about others approaches and styles.

Our task was to make new friends, or to reaffirm already established friendships, and to create a set of edits of our own choosing by working together on a theme and each of us then creating an edit to go into that theme.

As someone who was unable to the last collab due to being busy, I was so happy to find out about this and became even happier when I met with my group. There are four people in our group including Janice and myself and it has been great to see all of the different styles of editing within our group.

☆What did our group plan on editing?☆

So we all had some ideas as to the theme we could go for, but it the end we came up with a theme of using the seasons - except, we added flowers to mix. So, each of us created a seasonal flower edit with a member of Got7. We discussed and shared out who was doing which season and which member of Got7 we felt fit with that season and what we managed to produce is shown below!

Explanation: For spring I chose to do BamBam not only because he was born in May, but also because of his liveliness. Spring represents new life and bambam often likes to show new sides of himself!

☆Ellie (Me)☆

Title: Summer Bloom

Time Taken To Edit: 45 minutes

Applications Used: Picsart, PhotoLayers and Phonto

Explanation: Jackson has such a sweet and lively personality that just screams fun, so I knew I had to choose him for summer (that and the fact I have recently done a Youngjae edit :joy: ). I choose a colourful colour scheme along with a bright yellow to help set the summery mood.
