This group has been created to help spread the word of mental, physical, spiritual and environmental wellness. We need to care for our mind, our body and our spirit in order to be whole, and of course that includes environmental issues. This Amino is a place for mature adults to do simply that.

We believe that environmental wellness includes looking after your mind, your body and your spiritual self. Our living conditions and the people we surround ourselves with have a huge impact on our wellness.

Here we can share global news on pollution, recycling, renewable energy. Ideas to reduce waste , replace plastic and ways to live a more natural and spiritual lifestyle . Small triumphs will light the way to long term big changes.

We can also share things like healthy recipes, meditation exercises, smart living ideas, activism and other things regarding the environment.   We can discuss the spiritual paths we follow, like rituals, prayers, meditations, various Pagan practices like tarot,lspellcrafting, deity worship, healing and all the other things that make up any spiritual path.   We can discuss aspects of our Spirituality including wellness and ways we express our own spirituality

All spiritual paths are welcome here. None will be excluded, and none will be disrespected. Feel free to share as much as you are comfortable sharing. You will be safe here. There will be no preaching, pushing, proselytizing or belittling of others, just sharing about what keeps our mind, body and spirit well through how we live and the paths that we walk.

This is a place of learning, and sharing. With this in mind, we can accomplish most anything, together.
