My point is that Camila could've come up with a better reason for Copper to lose his Determination than a useless plot insert.
Literally the most cliche way for Copper to lose his determination. Agate could have done something more original and much more catastrophic to achieve that, but didn't and just impaled the most useless character in 'Glitchtale' on the spear when that should have made Copper's determination stronger like Frisk's when Asriel died.
