I noticed some things this episode that i didn't really feel like keeping to myself so here they are.

You know how Chara took the blow from the hate creature? I looked closer at the wound and...
If you turn up the brightness...
That injury is NOT normal. It's dark, but its there. It looks like the hate inflicted some sort of infection on Chara.
Hopefully that doesn't come back to bite him in the butt
But we all know it will
I also noticed that this is the second time Gaster's kindness has failed him.
Is kindness one of his weaker traits? Or is Cami implying that he needs to be nicer?
I mean, it might be a coincidence, maybe a building is as strong as sans' special attack idk
Now Gaster, at least, has come to trust Sans.
This is not Gaster holding her back, but Sans.
And he. didn't. even. flinch.
I can't get over this scene!! We know that sans, for some reason, will never refer to Gaster as 'dad' (as stated by Cami), yet at this point, they manage to behave in sync.
I would say that this has been most likely a turning point in their relationship, but...
Yeah sans is dead.
Then, as Sans is protecting his family from a fatal blow, he gives them this smile.
I don't know about you, but to me this smile speaks volumes.
It's 'im sorry' and 'i know what's about to happen, but I'm doing it anyways' and 'you're my family, of course I'm doing this'
We all know Cami is improving exponentially at just about everything, facial expressions being one of them. She masterfully created this final battle, and I, for one, couldn't be happier with the result.
Anyways I'm rambling now so I'm just gonna end this here

About the Chara's wound, I don't think it's an infection from that Thing. Yes, it's still Hate trying to infect Chara's body but I think Chara is using the Hate that he absorb from Asriel to heal himself.
Gaster almost lost his kindness cuz of this beast. Who isn't tho? If I were him, only my family and friends can make me happy. If they're gone and not because of natural death, my mercy toward that person would've gone. Most likely I will brutally killed them.
(That got carried away. ._.)
And I agree about Sans's last smile before he turned to dust. Like literally after you said that, it does look like what he wanna tell them but didn't cuz he's in pain.
Other than that, thank you for making this post. I wouldn't have thought of it if this kind of post never created. Keep it up! ^^
Oh one more thing sans in that fight was stronger than gaster for sure like he was in s1ep2 and that lovely red buff he got from undynes blood works pretty good against betty in general so im not confused how he stopped betty in mid air and how gaster couldnt stop sans special attack without loosing duality hands,also i know its cruel but comeback of rhabdophobia (which i called from trailer for ep btw xD) is actually my fav moment of episode, that shot of betty and pink gaster blasters was so simmilar to one when she took gasters one and his hands ( that was actually my fav glitchtale fight until this one which is by far the best one,what can i say i like duels of people that r simmilar strength ^^)
Hm did gaster after sans death not only gain some of stremgth from his prime but determination sans had also? And yeah i know he took half of papyrus also bit i feel like that wouldnt be enough to oblitirate bettys second form like it did (they were pretty equal in their first time when sans also died) so its my little headcannon gaster got determination buff also cause i think he couldnt use his polychromatism without whole paps soul(ouch) or said determination, again its just my little theory
Do u still this hate being still has bettys ability rhabdophobia i mean it had her fear illusion also how much it can regenerate now is scary to think i mean we saw 19 lvl chara with vial of hate in first season but now for first time for sure i can say "betty" is stronger foe,she alone was stronger than 19 lvl chara and now here is a much bigger amount of hate(from both people and monsters) so i dont se how they can beat it, yikes.Also is this first time in history that hate has body for itself (cause betty is dead and cami said people cant be born with hate cause its not one of emotions) i think we can also say for sure Hate would be now too strong force even for human forces, i think it can now regenerate even from nukes (just my opinion xD), oh and i think this being while prob doesnt have very complex line of thinking it doesnt underestimate its oponents,when chara thanked its attack like boss it smiled ominously xD but it also powered up just after that in that building size being we all love, again yikes,just my thougts so what do u guys think?^^
