Oke, so if im correct, a dt soul is the only one who can defeat fear, according to gaster. The unlimited dt means that he basically cant die, as long as he stays determined. So yeah, if he stays determined, he has a high possibility of winning from betty. But since she has powers to make people see things that they regret, and can make people less determined, it could stil be betty who would win.
