~Better When I’m Dancing~ Open Collabs

Hey peeps!

So, I used to have some Open Collabs, but I looked back at them a while later, and wasn’t happy with them.

Thusly after that realization I promptly deleted the open collabs from the face of Amino. But I recently drew some things that I think would make some good open collab material.

And now, without further ado, I present a new batch of open collabs!!

Ballroom Dancing

Ellie and Roy ship content since everyone kinda overlooks them both. I just love drawing Ellie all happy, and this is my only reason to draw Roy since he has feelings for her.

Quick Catch

Agate and Rin ship content cause I thought of a scenario where Agate’s dancing by herself and being all extra and awesome, but trips on her dress or something and falls backwards into Rin, who instantly caught her and is now in an awkward position in front of a crowd. Man, I love these lesbeans.

Reversed Roles

Since Mila and Kody both like one another, I thought they’d always wanna try dancing with each other, but Kody’s too small to lead the dance comfortably, and Mila can’t lead the dance as a girl in front of a crowd cause... royal reputation. So when they’re camping between missions, they try dancing and love it! And yes, Mila’s a big buff girl and Kody’s a smol boi and nothing will change my mind.

”Waltzing Starts with the Posture,”

Mkay. This takes some explaining. So, in “The Masquerade,” a canon short story explaining a Grey Phantom Mission at a noble party, Jessee, Milo, and Sae all dress up and infiltrate the party in disguise and under fake names. Milo and Sae are disguised as husband and wife, while Jessee’s a noble going stag. However, Milo has feelings for Jessee and is a bit uncomfortable pretending to be married to Sae.

Why that’s relevant is that I think before they leave for the party, Milo asks Jessee how to properly waltz with a girl since I doubt he’s done it before. But instead of showing him through example, Jessee’s just like: “I’ll dance WITH him to demonstrate” cause he’s completely oblivious to Milo’s feelings towards him. Meanwhile, Milo’s having a gay panic as his crush shows him how to waltz.

OKAY! That’s all of them :D

As you can see, all of these open collabs have a theme!

Prequel Couple Dances!

I just felt the need to draw all the revealed couples in the prequels so far, and dancing was a good opportunity for me to work on anatomy and heights and stuff.

So yea!

These are all open collabs too, so feel free to finish any of these :D

(BTW, I used my own designs for the characters in each of these, so if you want clear pictures of said designs then feel free to ask in the comments.)
