The most annoying little SOB in a game has GOT TO BE O.G. Loc from Grand Theft Auto San Andreas! That little weasel is SO responsible for a lot of bad stuff that happened in that game! And it first starts when you meet Jeffery for the first time. He just got out of prison and you have to be his driver on a little Sanchez motorcycle while he is trying to kill someone he was in prison with. You rip all across portions of Los Santos and when it's over, you have to haul his sorry butt to the Burger Shot where he works at, if you can call what he does work.
