please don't start megacollabs (mc's) if you don't have the intent of ever finishing them.

a good course of action to take:

1. do you have all your creators ready to build?

2. are all your creators actively playing and creating in the game?

3. is your mc of a reasonable difficulty?

4. if it is an extreme demon, do you have a confirmed verifier who wont bail on you?

5. is the mc realistically possible (ie. not something that involves 200 people/1 hour long level)

6. do you have motivation to see the mc through to the end?

if you answered no to any of the above, just do everyone a favor and dont start your mc. i'm speaking from experience, because i have an mc which has been dragging on for 3 years now and has only recently been revived by someone else. im saying this because, for quite a while, ive noticed quite a number of ambitious individuals who want to start an mc, only for it to die an ungraceful death.

that's all i got for today. catch you guys another time

Soon, I’ll start an MC, wait for two people two make their parts and for everyone else to leave, and then continue alone. Free parts.

A big reason they never get finished is that there's always going to be people who drop out or don't finish their parts and the host gives up on the level

This is why I think that small Collab are better. I’m currently in a 2 person collab and it is coming along nicely and swiftly.
