Seems pretty good, but could be improved a touch more.

Level rate (opinion): Easy - Medium Demon
Gameplay (also opinion): 9/10
Wave with the 4x speed... it’s inverted when I skipped the jump pads

Some parts (from looking at it) look pretty inconsistent/annoying to play, but I'll need to play it myself first.
Sync-wise, it's pretty ok. Could be improved but it's good enough for me.

Second, yes sync-wise. The only reason why it’s always late is because I use a bad recorder and I’m not using a PC as you see in the recording.
