Hey what are some tips you can give me to do this dual besides the obvious practice?

So what I do is I usually only pay attention to one of the parts, like at the robot and ball part, I only pay attention to the robot. At the cube and ball part I usually only pay attention to the cube, and at the ship and ball part I only pay attention to the ball, except when you have to hit that red orb on the ship section.
