Why can't this happen on Crit Damage circlets??? Devs explain yourselves :sob:

Backstory: was rolling an atk piece that had cr cd that I rly wanted to use on Tighnari as a temporary better artifact and it rolled 3 times defence. So out of spite i rolled an hp% circlet and they just added salt to the wound with that full 5 cr rolls ;^;
