welcome to the Editors Guild 2024 Editing Battle ! my name is Kaito, and my co-host is Yuna !! we are so excited to be hosting this year's editing battle. all in all, we hope that GIA has fun seeing these amazing editors show off their skills.

to recap the recruitment post, this event will consist of 2 stages ( Prompt 1 + Prompt 2 ). these prompts will be released accordingly when the stage begins. a schedule below can be used as reference for when each prompt releases and ends.

like last year, your team will be responsible for posting your edits by a certain date. but there will also be a master post made on the EG for easy access to all posts :)) we will also be releasing the prompts publicly as a post this year !! so for anyone who would like to see what prompt is, they can ! overall we look forward to seeing these editors display their amazing editing skills and we hope that everyone has a wonderful time.
