Its a 2008 Silverado 4x4 ext cab long bed, 4.8L 283c.i, 290hp

Its a 4 speed auto and most of the power is mid range
I think anything under 7.5 is good
My lexus does it in 5.1 and its a luxury sedan
my dad's Tiguan can do it in around 8 to 9 seconds... I think
