Just seen I hadn't done anything since the motor swap in the truck, anyway, it's long gone now, sold it back in January, cut the c notch out of it so I could drop in a plastic Bedliner, and sold it as a driving project, at the perfect time too with the 9mpg the current 2$ a litre would have hurt quite a bit.
So I got a good cheap on gas daily to replace it, 2005 Mazda 3 gt. Needs a bit of cosmetic work but I'm not dumping a whole lot into it. It's just to get me to work and back, so far it's been good.
The firebird is running now! Sorta driving, took it around the block with some sketchy brakes and no motor or trans bolts but it moved and that's all I wanted for the time being. Sorted all the oil pressure and coolant issues. The hood should clear with the truck intake after a bit of modification. I am hopefully going to get back on it this weekend and do some troubleshooting with the braking system and securely mount the motor in the car so I can be done with it and get onto bodywork and finally painting this thing.
Unofficial colour I've picked is Toyota teal, found on I know for sure 2017 Rav4 it's a nice dark/mid blue with some blue and green pearl and looks amazing in the sun. Will make the wheels pop nicely. Than the interior but I don't even want to think about that right now lol
