Help me with a turbo kit?

For a non turbo to hit that number it really depends what it was before hand. But most commonly would need lower compression pistons possibly rods for reliability exhaust intake fuel pump injectors full engine management system.

For a turbo car its not to much different pistons will be fine usually rods for survivability exhaust and intake diameter being increased could help. Probably need injectors and a fuel pump. And depending on the ecu you may still need engine managment .
