This sounds awful but hear me out. My dad bought an old CJ that’s just going to be a hunting rig/woods toy. Has a hole cut in the hood right now and eventually we’re going to have to go through the trouble of filling it in but it’s got bigger issues to sort out before then, so we’re thinking just put one of those goofy fake hoodscoops on it for the time being. Wanted to ask here for suggestions for anything that’d either be low key/ not noticeable or something that’s so bad that it’s funny
Cheap stick on hoodscoops?

How big is the hole exactly? You can buy cheap hood scoops online (on ebay, ect) which are made from ABS Plastic, and are made to just stick on to a normal hood with no hole cut in it...BUT it could easily function as a proper hood scoop if it was mounted properly. Could even look pretty good if you're willing to do some body work  For example, if you stuck it on with some really strong sealant, then fibreglass it, or use body filler to smooth it in to the hood, and make it look like it's supposed to be there :smirk: These fake hood scoops aren't huge though (but they're fairly low profile), so it would depend on the size of the hole that you're working with.

Right now my moms able to work from home but I think my stepdads about to be shut down but we can go like that indefinitely if need be. I’m not working but I’m actually turning a profit off of college right now so I’ve got enough put up to fund my projects as long as I don’t go crazy.

That's always a good thing...There is so much I want for me car, so I never really save up. I just kinda pay all my bills, then see what I have left and buy something with that money. Because I can always afford something at least :joy: The things I want are all different prices, and I'm always finding new things that I want :smirk: If/when I get a new job, I do want to start saving up for a re-spray though. I want my Eunos sprayed in baby blue

I tend to limit my spending to things my vehicles actually need (with a few exceptions) but I’ve got 3 cars that run and drive plus a car and 2 bikes that don’t so there’s always something to spend money on if I want to :joy: I thought I’d be slick and focus on guns that need work to save money but I just spent 60 on one spring so I’m starting to question my logic.
Bolt a mail box to it backwards haha.
Shit may do it if the windshield will still close. Gotta still be able to shoot out of it. Plan is to fix some shit on it then cover it in green LEDs since hogs can’t see green light then end our hog problem.
It’s a 2a with a 262, someone cut the hood to do a different swap then changed their mind about it.
Holes too wide for a mailbox or I’d make it happen
