Warning! Through all of this, if you do this, keep your brains on! The idea is to do small things you usually wouldn't do, that have as small of a danger rate as going to a shop to shop. Don't go doing anything that is deadly or can cause serious injuries!
1: Light up! Get on a good mood! Was it a theory vid, getting shocked at how good Mat's singing is nowadays or getting a laugh at the gtlive coutch because of Steph's clever puns, just get on a good mood. Being happy makes you more okay with trying stuff out, you're not worrying about failing miserably all the time.
2: Explore! The world awaits and you need to just relax and go with the excitement and flow for once, don't completely ditch your brains though, they're good pals to have. If you're eating something from the wild, check if it's poisonous, if you don't know, ask google and never eat anything you don't know for sure of, as long as it's restaurant or super market food department, you're good to go. Of course there's more than food, there are experiences to be had! You can try biking off road, on an even patch of field or something small like that, you can try to experience new cultures or learning the past of your own, try a new hobby! It's not about being good, it's about trying to get to that grey zone of your comfort zone and the outside world. If you're a person that casually goes sky diving or doing any extreme sports, you can't get crazier in that field, so try other hobbies, like art, music, writing, crafting, cooking, etc. Failing at these activities you associate with fun prepare you for failing in general and taking it and learning from it rather than falling to dwell in pity.
3: Then meet new people, practice your communication skills as those are the most common thing confidence lacking people have hard time with. Do stuff you're not confident doing, again, keep your brains on, don't go risking your life. Be okay with failing and try to learn from the mistakes. When you fail, like everyone does at some point, ask yourself: "why did I fail? What can I do better? What did I do well enough for me?" Then take those points and work on them, know what you do well and don't need to work on.
And that's all for this post! Bye!
:)
