Making OCs using unpopular/disliked items

Really struggled on this one. Since the eyes are quite peculiar I decided to go with a demon design to pair with it, think it worked nicely!

After seeing this (rear) hair, the first thing I thought of was a pastel koi fish girl with floofy hair, so obviously I made just that :D
