  The story is set in the world we live in today, however, in this alternate dimension of our own world, 90% of the population have special abilities. As such, you either pick the side of the heroes, or villains. Our protagonist is a boy named Yasashi Jōbu.

           Yasashi born with a lower level dragon quirk goes to a hero Academy called Vermilion High. He doesn't have a special quirk that weren't seen the other Generations.

            His Junior high friend Yōmi ends up in the General Department course which makes her believe that yasashi thinks that he is above her "I DON'T NEED YOUR PITY!"

          Yasashi will meet more people forward to all these three years in Vermilion but it's the first time his dream came true.
