For the base when I do lineless art, I try to have a sketch on one layer on the canvas, so if the initial sketch is on paper, I trace over it. Then I turn down the opacity of the lines and put make a layer under it, and trace the piece in the desired color. Just do that for the rest, you can either do lines to separate the parts that need to be separated or shading. The last picture is how I separate parts that should be separated.

Those plushies are really cute!

Also line less? For me personally I use shading as a substitute for where the lines should be etc, adding more dynamic to the piece
