General Personality

Daichi’s normal or general personality is one of stoicism, he is rarely seen weeping or smiling or shaking or emotions as such, he is a hardcore man that does what needs to be done in order to protect the village. Though secretly he is rather lonely, he knows this as he put himself into solitude but in all actuality he is just lonely.

With Others

Depending on the type of people he’s with he will have a different emotional state. If he is with people he knows and are friends with, he will gladly talk to them openly about things like work or the weather, he likes making connections with these friends of his as they bring him back to the family like network he never actually had growing up. Now with strangers he is rather cold at first, he never liked to converse with strangers as he doesn’t exactly know their intentions up front, he can be rather hard on them as he talks bluntly to them, as said before he is super blunt about most things when with strangers but can be warmed up to given time

when alone he can be rather quiet, he never was really interested in conversing when others weren’t around, so again, he is rather quiet when just standing alone on the bridge

when he rarely ever gets sad he will isolate himself from others, he holds others too highly to let them see such a criminal act like a baby, so he will leave before crying or acting sad, but this is a very rare emotion so he is once in a blue moon sad

his version of happiness is rather limited, as with friends he’ll openly raise his hands up and hop from one foot to the other happily whilst exclaiming that he is very happy! But if he is with strangers or comrades he will just smile or just outright say he’s happy, minus the dancing of course

when Daichi gets mad he is rather silent funny enough, he uses that rage and almost surgically uses it to destroy his enemies, his strength, skill and just pure fury is enough to overcome any obstacle he has come across and he doesn’t think that stopping if in the horizon for him, though when with others he will try to not get upset as it sets a bad example for him in his friends eyes

whenever he is jealous of someone or something, he will usually start to mutter the phrase “How dare you! How dare you!” Over and over and over again until that emotion fades from him, he will also fiddle with the beads upon his chest as well when doing so as he wants to keep that jealousy intact by holding the things he owns personally

he has rarely been seen within this state before, the only time he has ever been within this state of mind or emotion is when he had his dearest friend executed for stealing, after that he vowed to protect his friends and future family

Physical Health

Daichi’s physical health is amazing for his time, he is huge but also within perfect weight range as well. He is in perfect health as he eats well and works out by lifting cut rocks or moving logs. So again, he is incredibly well healthy and strong too, can easily dent the average lawbringer chest plates with a full force punch, can snap necks with one arm, easily lift a fully armoured Warden off their feet and throw them too. He is a force of nature but chooses peace when he can.

Daichi’s mental health is quite split. He grew up with VERY religious parents and they tried to push these ideals onto him, but he had fought back and now hates religion, but that doesn’t mean he hates the people who believe them. But he will get aggressive when people try to push their beliefs onto people who don’t want to believe and will get aggressive to ANYONE who does this

Strengths

↠ his skill and strength are nearly unmatched and unrivalled by any other person of the land before him. He is probably the strongest man in the mire.

↠ his skill of weaponry is also nearly unmatched, he has mastery over Seven different weapons, he has spent many many years of use, practice and skill with these weapons so he is very versatile when fighting

↠ his will is unbreakable, he has withstood enough torture to easily break the most veteran of knights, but he held strong and eventually broke out and fixed his life

Weaknesses

↠ One of his biggest weaknesses is the fact that he will put himself first instead of others, this also includes in front of enemy fire as well. And with him being a massive target he will take a lot of damage with ease

↠ he can become slightly sloppy the more angry he becomes, he can also be easily aggravated by words of his mother and father as he hates them very much, so this can be a way to get him to become more sloppy

↠ he cannot control his strength sometimes as he is a rather large man after all, so sometimes he will be the softest of all people but then accidentally crush a hand or two with handshakes, so he tends to stay away from physical of others

the condition of these seven weapons are in pristine condition, he makes sure that they are always clean, as clean as can be

His armour is quite both Ceremonial and combative, he has both armour and robes adorned his large form, his armour is built in such a way that makes arrows less effective because he knows he is as a disadvantage when it comes to ranged attacks. But he wears the ceremonial robes as a way to not immediately intimidate others around when he goes out to meet with other people/people of different factions, yet the mask he wears is a symbol of other peoples fear of demons but also shows them his own demons too

the condition of his armour and robes have been taken care of by a very talented seamstress and a equally talented blacksmith/Armourer, so the armour and robes are I’m amazing condition

He rarely ever uses “Gadgets” he hates the fact that these “Gadgets” can immediately cause death or harm without having the honour to fight hand-to-hand

● Backstory ●

Childhood

Daichi’s past is quite hard to fully understand, but what we do know is that he was born and raised by heavily religious people, they were actually apart of a old yet both corrupt black prior cult. They were very religious to the point where if anything seemed off about the children or parents the whole family was executed publicly, the parents were super strict about his upbringing, but because of his blueish hair they had to execute his family but because the mother being just a bit more free thinking had secretly saved the child (Daichi) by freeing him of the cult by just letting him run away, this all transpired in Heathmoor but within a secret part of heathmoor that no one knew about as it was on a border with Valkenheim. But when he ran, he’d then run into a band of bandits however just as they tried to attack this poor boy a trio of three Raiders had appeared, what a strange coincidence. They had fought the bandits with unmatched strength and power but they fled before the raiders could have killed them, then they turned to the boy, now we all know the stereotype of Vikings being evil and bloodthirsty, but these Vikings were apart of a very merciful clan, these raiders would then take in this young boy as one of their own, sure he wasn’t of their “nationality” but he was lost and they weren’t as cruel as people thought.

Teenage years

Now a few years later after that first major incident in Daichi’s life, he would have been trained hard by the Warlords, Valkyrie’s and other Vikings within the clan. However as he grew up he would literally grow up, he grew taller and taller and bigger and bigger, his size only grew until he was the tallest man within the clan, he was a monster as they put it. But the more he grew up the more he wanted to just go out and see the world instead of just raiding and pillaging. So one day he’d then ask his Jarl if he could leave. The Jarl, a wise and intelligent old man, was very sad that he couldn’t stay any longer, but they nonetheless threw a massive party for his leave, leaving all but him drunk out of their minds, one of the older Valkyrie’s had even confessed to having romantic feelings for him, which he politely accepted yet still had to leave nonetheless. But when he had left he spent no time, he went from Valkenheim all the way towards the Mire, he had heard that the Mire, though filled with samurai, had been incredibly beautiful. So as he entered it he had made it to one of the villages he was still dressed like a Viking, so he obtained some robes that managed to fit him.

Adult Years

Now fast forwards a few years, he had spent a lot of time within the Mire, he picked up a few very useful skills along the road, he also picked up some rather useful weapons as well. Seven to be specific, he had also ed up with or had as he left them after the same cause of the Vikings, he still wanted to see the world, but they insisted that they train him, which he did, they trained him much harder than the Vikings did. He spent years training and training and training till he became one of their best, sure he had a few flaws like an anger issue and random uncontrollable strength. So after the years he spent training he’d then go and continue his travelling. Until! He made his way to a rather large village with only one entrance, a bridge, now this bridge looked tattered but the village was probably even worse, it was run by a corrupt Daimyo. This made Daichi mad but he couldn’t do anything about it at the current moment. But within a few years he had managed to form a rebellion against the corrupt Daimyo and then made the village great again, but he couldn’t leave just yet, not when he then saw the presence of that same bandit gang from his childhood, he’d then try his hardest to stop them but it had nearly cost him his own life, however he did stop them. He’d then spend sometime recovering within the village which he learned was Hanako village. Then after he fully recovered he’d then stay and declare himself the protector after being healed and saved by them. However when he recovered he’d become a shell of his former self as he’d then stand on the only entrance to the village, he’d get gifts of food and water, he’d even live in a small house outside the village.

Current life

now in his current life he is still standing upon the bridge, protecting the bridge, the village and its people. Now a few years after that fight with the bandits from before he is still going strong and is now doing very well as he 99% mentally stable as he’s surely 100% physically stable. He has taken a few hobbies up like wood carving and has been going well protecting the village, he also has gone and reconnected back with the old Viking Clan from his childhood and made the town bigger because of this connection, now the Japanese and the Viking civilians work well together in this new town together, and Daichi still stands and always will be until he dies, which won’t be anytime soon.
