Not really but it feels like it since she can cancel a forward dodge into a heavy.
It's a weird property.

Its a weird thing i kinda wish more people had. Its kinda cool to not have a dodge attack, and instead have a move that you can do from dodges aswell like nobus forward dodge heavies.
