Reading the application makes you feel like a granny being helped across the street. That's the kind of nice we see in this ! Their answers to the scenarios were straight to the point! When being approached by a suicidal , sure it's nice to speak with them and try to help but sometimes it can make things worse. That's way simply handing over a hotline is a great option to take! With every kindhearted and caring that doesn't wish to harm anyone, there should also be a bold, hard to knock down, open and honest . Robbie fits this category perfectly. Upon reading their application the entire mod team agreed that Robbie's honesty was a trait very well needed. To take hold of the situation and be straight up about it without watering anything down is a trait our team has lacked for quite a while. Robbie isn't afraid to be honest even if it hurts. This makes Robbie a great pick as a new addition to the team!
