An explanation for the current version:
The bull parts are there because of my zodiac sign, the deer is my spirit animal, the goat is based on the fact that Skittz (my persona) is from hell and goats are associated with hell, the snake is a reference to both Janus and the 7 deadly sins, envy is usually associated with snakes (you can see the envy symbol on the hand that's up), and on the sleeves are flags from Steven Universe and the Dream smp, the nose ring is to emphasize the bull part, and the body's in sections because that's where the parts were severed, or, well, broken when they died (they head and neck are severed)
