Which one should I merge first?

I'll merge each character in the order chosen (i.e. if Cecilia is second, I merge her second).

If there's a tie, the unit with the least amount of merges gets merged first.

In the event that Subaki and Cecilia tie, due to how few people use him, Subaki will take priority.
