Razzle Dazzle Three Ways of Pain works. But you could always get creative and utilize his base kit such as... this build I conveniently have here.
Utilizing his base Staff and C skill, Brady becomes an excellent unit. Drive Atk, Chill Atk, and Kindled-Fire Balm ensure his allies have more Atk for Infantry Rush to work. While you could opt out for Fear opposed to Slow, Slow is better in this case. Brady would like his allies to double their foes/avoid doubles as much as possible, all while heightening their Atk.
Basically, this build is a semi-budget . You can swap Chill Atk for other skills if you prefer.

Though if you’re willing when the Halloween banners come back, H!Mia’s staff would be PERFECT with said build and it would essentially accelerates his teammate’s specials while decelerating the enemy’s.
I'll probably save my orbs until that banner comes out again. Thanks for the advices!^^

You could build him defensively with his pretty good Def and res OR Offensively if you have skills like Atk/Spd Push or Brazen Atk/Spd for him. Atk/Res Push is kinda meh but useable. If you really want to, giving him a seasonal staff makes him even better.
