I got another Eir, but I really don't know what to do with her tbh. Should I merge her with the one I have already or have someone inherit some skills from her?

Any recommendations on what I should do with her? I feel like she should have a new weapon to play with but I'd like some opinions on what I should do with her next. It's appreciated if I get any , anyways I hope y'all have a good day/night and that you're having better summoning sessions than me.

Though now I wonder how she could benefit from eirs skills
If you happend to have an Julia or Deidre, you could fodder her for Mystic boost 3.

Well the Eir you summoned is +Hp-Def which is better than Neutral, but not amazing, so unless you have a unit you want to give Mystic boost to merge the Neutral one into your new one.
