Flashing blade Sacred seal

Thanks to her IVs, she can activate her Brazen and Desperation with ONE use of Ardent Sacrifice. Flashing Blade allows her to charge up Regnal Astra in one hit. With this full build, she can quad any units with 38 speed or less, and Activate Regnal Astra TWICE. Incredible.

The only downside to this build is that it requires a use of ardent sacrifice to really work. An ally with Fury May make this easier to activate.
