PRF Weapon: 16Mt - Grants SPD+3. On even numbered turns if units HP >= allies' HP grants these allies Special Cooldown count -1. (Stacks with similar skills)

Underwhelming Profile

Thank you!! My aim when creating him as a unit was to utilise his big HP Pool and Infantry Pulses while still retaining some offensive capabilities!!
