For sure Egon feels so uncomfortable but his vision got way better (now that he has 2 more pairs of eyes). For B.B. I don't think she will feel off by the physical appearance. Mentally however, she feels creeped out by hearing Egon's thoughts and panic.

I accidently read the topic wrong. I thought it said causal attire not formal attire. Lol. I am blind as crap. So I am not going to waste my drawing so:
