Backstory:
A young man who was left by his parents in the frigid town of Narshe to die. Galceir grew up with constant strife in the Frozmere slums and eventually self taught himself how to use a sword. His skill and speed found him doing dishonest work until he met the King of Figaro where he ed the military.
Whilst he came to Edgar after Kefka's defeat, Galceir is regarded as a hero due to his effectiveness in clearing the misters in the desert of Figaro.
