So...what's up? Today I am going to talk a bit about the latest event in Opera Omnia which is Leon's event. I am going to give my personal thoughts about the event.

I didn't use any gems in this event because I don't really use any of the characters that are featured in this event. Maybe that's one of the reasons why I struggled much more. I do think that the content of the game will get harder which is good. I don't want to beat everything with zero difficulty. The boss we are fighting is a boss that's similar to the Tiamat from FF1. It's called the Celestial and it's very powerful. This boss can one shot your character if you aren't prepared so don't get broken. This event will be easier with Warrior of Light or Cait Sith if you don't use any of the featured characters. I used the following team.

I am going to try and get a better score so that I can get those sweet gems. Leon does seem to be pretty strong though! His Dark Slash is a lot like Squall's Renzokuken when it comes to his splash mechanic. His second ability is AOE attack that heals him so I can definitely see some crazy teams with him. It's just that I personally don't really know anything about him so I won't play with him. I gotta save my gems for the Tifa EX heheh. It's still 4/5 events away but you never know what event suddenly may pop up as a surprise. But yeah Tifa's EX is a must have for me!

Well i'm saving my gems for the rinoa event so I can get her EX and saving up for when either deuce or lulu get released

Thank you i didn't know how far off deuce was but if I recall rightly we get Rinoa and Lulu just before the 3rd chapter in the other world is released

Yeah I didn't like this one. Way too many hp attacks. Got all the stuff on my second attempt with Cait Sith, Beatrix and Vincent. Vincent does wonders with those debuffs :O
I really hope you get Tifa ex when it comes, I really like her too.
As for my plans, I'm pretty much going into gem hibernation lol. Not pulling till Lann&Reynn or an ex I want. Wish me luck!
Lol I completely understand why you didn't like it. That EX was tough and the Celestial hits hard. Great to hear that you got all the rewards though! Very well done. Vincent and Beatrix are a dangerous team. Cait Sith is always powerful.

Vaan EX is coming soon, and I need it to complete Vaan. Following that is the riskiest banner I will be pulling on: the FFXIV Anniversary. I have Y’shtola MLB and Thancred also. But this banner gives us Thancred’s EX and rework, Y’shtola rework too. This is a big deal for DFFOO, because...
Thancred is the first ever unit to be able to deal 99999 damage in one hit.
Aside from that, Lightning, Lenna, Vayne and Ashe’s EX are on my eyes, I also wish to build up Noel when he comes. I’m also going to be picking up Alisaie with weapon tokens. Alisaie or Selphie, either or.

Yeah, so much good content coming. The only worry is that Vayne’s event is directly followed by Fran’s event, so we have to budget accordingly then!
I know right! Thancred’s EX is going to have an overflow value of 200%, so with enough MBRV Auras and MBRV buffs, as well as lvl20 Bahamut, The EX’s + form will hit 39,996 damage. If Thancred already has Maxed brave around 50k, then he’ll hit that 99999. A lot of hassle but crazy to think about.

True true. I will probably have to save up like crazy after the Tifa event. Fran's moves looked awesome in that trailer. That banner is full of great weapons for me so that's a must pull. I hope I will be lucky. We are going to need it more than ever lol
Whoa! It already sounds crazy. But I am glad to hear about this since Thancred is currently being benched. This will definitely make a lot of players use him which is something that I like to see since I like variety in this game.
