Hey all! I love final fantasy's music, and the #myplaylist challenge has inspired me to share ten of my favorites with you. There are tons more out there that are great, but here are the ones I listen to the most (In no particular order)
Edgar and Sabin's Theme (FFVI)

Edgar and Sabin are easily two of my favorite characters in all of FF, and helping that is their amazing theme. Definitely my favorite out of VI's character themes, which says a lot, with VI having gems like Terra, Locke, and Celes's themes. It gives of that royal atmosphere in Figaro castle, and anytime the brothers have the spotlight.
Battle Theme (X)

Probably my favorite regular battle theme, with IV's taking a close second. Something about it is just addictive. It's got an amazing beat, and just the right amount of intensity for a normal battle theme.
Dancing Mad (Dissidia Arcade Ver.)

Hands down Dancing Mad is one of the best tracks in the entire series. And then Dissidia comes along and makes it even better. The guitars really give off that intense and hectic feel the original first did. Befitting of a God, no?
One Winged Angel (FFVII)

Wherever' there is Dancing Mad, One Winged Angel is sure to follow. It's very long, just like Sephiroth's Super Nova. The ominous Latin chanting is very fitting, even if you have no clue what they're saying. It keeps changing and never gets repetitive.
Battle With The Four Fiends (FFIV)

Rubicante, Cagnazzo, Barbariccia, and Scarmiglione. Golbez's Archfiends. A constant presence throughout most of the game. And when you hear that opening, you know you're in for it.
The Man With the Machine Gun (FFVIII)

What can I say that hasn't been said? It's catchy, fitting, and perfectly upbeat. The mechanical noises and bass create an amazing track, befitting of Laguna.
The Decisive Battle (FFVI)

My favorite regular boss theme, and I couldn't think of a more perfect track. It reflects the Magic vs Machine conflict in its instruments, and among the many amazing boss themes, FFVI takes the cake for me.
J-E-N-O-V-A (FFVII)

Constantly living in OwA's shadow, Jenova still manages to be an arguably even better theme. The fast pace, and even optimistic parts really come together into an amazing piece, which gladly gets to play multiple times in FFVIII.
Battle at The Big Bridge (FFV)

Enough expository banter! Now we fight like men! And ladies! And ladies who dress like men! For Gilgamesh.... It's morphing time!
Battle 2 (FFIV)

Right behind FFVI's boss battle theme for me is FFIV's with the god tier bass line. That's it. It wins

FF Main Theme (Multiple Games), Theme of Love(IV), The Final Battle(IV), Cid's Theme(IV), Battle 1(IV), Boss Battle(V), Terra's Theme(IV), Locke's Theme(VI)Celes's Theme(VI), Cyan's Theme(VI), Ultima Buster(VI), Victory Fanfare(VI), Aerith's Theme(VII), The Extreme(VIII), You're not Alone(IX), Boss Battle(IX), Vs Kuja(IX), Seymour Battle(all of them)(X), Vs BFA(X), To Zanarkand(X), Blinded by the Light(XIII)
